Station Cook – Springvale Station

We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a versatile Station Cook to join our tight-knit team and ensure our hard-working team at SpringvaleStation are fed healthy and hearty meals. This is not a FIFO role.

You will provide a key role and will take pride in your work, enjoy working with a small team and running a tight and hygienic operation. A can-do attitude and the ability to jump in and do whatever is required to get the job done is essential, you will be at times asked to help around the homestead. You do not need experience, just need to have a love of country living, cooking, and baking.

Technical Support Officer – Harvey

We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to join our Technology team based in our Harvey office.

Reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader, you will provide broad-ranging support to users across all Harvest Road companies, utilising a range of tools (including the production environment and software) to troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity across the organisations’ ICT environment.

Livestock Hands

We are currently seeking energetic Livestock Hands to join our expanding business. Working on a 10:4 permanent roster, you will be a part of a team to operate the feeding facility near Moora, WA. This is WA’s largest feeding facility and is designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.  

Reporting to the Livestock Supervisor this opportunity will suit a self-motivated person who is hands on and is passionate about the agriculture industry. You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and contribute to the team.

Caretaker Couple – Laurel Downs Station

Harvest Road has an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic Caretaker Couple to join our tight-knit team at Jubilee Downs Station based at Laurel Downs Station.

The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining all livestock watering points throughout the station, maintaining equipment, pumps, stock waters, fences, reporting any livestock issues to management and livestock handling.

** This role would only suit a couple or family who will be based at the homestead at Laurel Downs.  

**Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia. No dogs allowed.**

Graphic Designer – Perth

We have an exciting full-time, 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Commercial team based in our stunning Perth office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing design solutions for internal stakeholders and marketing initiatives.

Feed Mill Hand – Koojan Downs

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Feed Mill Hand to support in the production and distribution of sustainable stock feed across the feeding facility including the operating of feed trucks to complete daily feeding of cattle.

Machinery Operator – Jubilee Downs Station

We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a versatile Machinery Operator to join our tight-knit team at Jubilee Downs Station (near Fitzroy Crossing).

This is a key role which will ensure the safe daily operation of vehicles, machinery and equipment including graders, loaders, trucks, and light vehicles.  You will conduct routine checks of vehicles, equipment and machinery including notification to management and mechanical team of defects, issues and incidents. You will also show a demonstrated commitment to safe working practises, environmental sustainability and animal welfare.

Payroll Officer – Harvey

We have fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our People & Safety team either based in Harvey.

The purpose of this role is for the processing of the companies’ payrolls ensuring compliance with government regulations, company polices, and other matters related to payroll is upheld. This role will also assist in onboarding of new starters and general document control and administration functions for employee data.

Station Manager – Brickhouse Station

We are currently seeking a Station Manager to join our expanding business on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities as the Brickhouse Station Manager will consist of managing all daily operations and ensuring they align with both the short and long term focus of the Harvest Road agribusiness.

As the manager you will also be required to oversee and help coordinate activities on two additional pastoral leases nearby, with a focus towards livestock production and renewable energy initiatives.  Responsibilities will also include: all animal husbandry requirements, livestock inductions, property maintenance and development, prepare and managing budgets, livestock scheduling, staff management and some degree of hospitality.

Bore Runner – Balfour Downs Station and Minderoo Station

We are currently seeking two permanent, full-time energetic and experienced Bore Runners to join our tight-knit teams based at Balfour Downs and Minderoo Station. Balfour Downs is located near Newman in the East Pilbara, and Minderoo is located near Onslow’s coastline.

The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining all livestock watering points throughout the station, maintaining equipment, pumps, stock waters, fences, reporting any livestock issues to management and livestock handling.

Head Stockperson – Balfour Downs Station and Minderoo Station

Minderoo Station and Balfour Downs Station have two permanent roles for a self-motivated and experienced Head Stockperson to lead their stock camps of 5-8 members, guiding them through horse and cattle handling and husbandry.

You will be someone who is self-motivated and willing to lead staff by example through a strong work ethic and respect for others, whilst achieving company goals and objectives to a high standard.

Land Use Liaison Officer – Perth

We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Land Use Liaison Officer to join our Harvest Road Pastoral team based in Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide support to our business in dealings with other property users such as mining, exploration and other, exercising our values of integrity and humility.


Station roles – 2023 mustering season

We have exciting permanent opportunities for energetic Station Hands to join our tight-knit teams on our fantastic WA based properties,

These roles will provide day to day support to the Station Management teams in all aspects of animal husbandry and maintenance of station infrastructure and machinery.

You will be willing to learn and build a career, with a strong work ethic and passion to contribute towards and learn about the Northern Beef industry.
